Something wrong with your order? Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We want to get any issues squared away quickly!  



Most orders placed before 10 am PST Monday-Thursday go out SAME DAY. (We Ship as quickly as possible). 



Don't love your items? No worries! Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days!  All returns must be authorized before shipping your item back. Email to authorize a return. Once we receive the return we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost within 2 business days.

Item damaged or defective?  Sometimes things happen and we would really appreciate the opportunity to make it right.  Please send us an email . Here at Jamboree we pride ourselves not only providing 5 star customer service, but 5 star products. We will do whatever we can to rectify the problem, whether sending a replacement, or issuing you a refund.



 Can't find your package or USPS/UPS has not delivered on time? Please contact USPS or UPS right away. Most issues can be fixed directly with the postal service. Once your package is in USPS or UPS hands, it's out of our control! If you need more information from us for a claim, please contact us  at We want to do everything we can to help our customers but will require you to contact the postal service first.



Did you enter your Delivery address incorrectly? Uh oh! If you can contact us on  the day you ordered, we will do our best to update that for you. However, if you were not aware of your mistake or contact us after shipment, please place a new order with the correct delivery address. Once your package is returned to us by the postal service, we will refund your original order minus the original shipping.



Is it the Holiday Season? Please keep in mind that all shipping services are delayed during busy season. Give yourself plenty of extra time to have your Party Packs delivered! We are not able to guarantee delivery. If you would like a guaranteed shipping time, choose USPS Priority  or USPS Priority Express. If you are ordering last minute (hey we all do it) please contact us via chat or email to verify on time delivery before placing your order.
